Quand j’ai commencé ma carrière professionnelle je pensais naïvement que l’entreprise avait la réponse à toutes les questions qu’elle pouvait se poser.
Et en tant que jeune RH quand j’appelais l’avocat pour avoir sa réponse sur un litige particulier, j’étais très surpris de l’entendre me répondre : « Ce serait intéressant de savoir ce que le juge décidera si nous finissons au tribunal ! ».
Et même les chefs d’états quand ils se rencontrent dans le secret d’un bureau fermé, n’ont pas de réponse précise aux enjeux majeurs : ils font les choix qui leur semblent les plus judicieux, mais au bout du compte cela reste toujours un pari !
Le monde des adultes, des experts et des professionnels n’avait donc pas réponse à tout !
Il y a donc de la place pour créer notre propre façon de voir, de concevoir les choses et de les mettre en action.
Le problème est que bien souvent nous nous asservissons nous même à ce que nous imaginons être la « bonne » façon de faire ou de penser, ce qui est « acceptable » ou pas. Mais acceptable par quoi et par qui ? En général c’est nous même qui fixons ces soit disant « normes ». Alors pourquoi ne pas les bousculer ?
Car ceci freine grandement notre créativité et notre autonomie.
Sans compter le fait que nous pourrions tous profiter de cette créativité en nous entrainant les uns les autres dans une spirale vertueuse d’innovation.

When I started my career I thought naively that the company had an answer to all the questions it was facing.
As a young HR, when I was calling the company’s lawyer to get an answer to a particular litigation case, I was very surprised to ear the answer: « it would be very interesting to see what the judge will decide if we end up in court! ».
And even when 2 powerful heads of state meet in the secret of a locked office, they do not have a precise answer to the major challenges: they make the choices they feel are the most appropriate, but at the end it always remains a bet!
The world of adults, experts and professionals did not have all the answers!
Therefore there is a lot of room to create our own way of seeing things and to put them into action.
The problem is that very often we enslave ourselves to what we imagine is the “right” way of doing, what is “acceptable” or not. Acceptable for what and for whom? We are too often the only ones to fix the so-called “norms”. So why not shaking them up?
Because this blocks tremendously our creativity and our autonomy.
Without taking into account the fact that we could all benefit from this creativity by pushing each other in a virtuous spiral of innovation.
